ASSITEJ World Congress 2024: 'Voices of a New World

ASSITEJ Cuba and ASSITEJ International, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the National Council for the Performing Arts in Cuba, invite you to the 21st ASSITEJ World Congress and performing arts festival in Cuba - the most important global moment in the field of performing arts for young audiences with participation from all around the world.

Open Call: The ASSITEJ World Congress, "Voices of a New World", is calling for applications for the Next generation Programme. As part of the ASSITEJ World Congress, the Next Generation Programme in Cuba opens its doors to 15 young artists and creators interested in working with children and young audiences, this time under the theme "Community and Identity". The ASSITEJ World Congress & Festival is held every three years and an ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering is held in each of the intervening years. These events are fantastic opportunities for professionals engaged in performing arts for/with children and young people to gather for international exchange, networking, professional development and to see theatre and dance productions for young audiences from around the world.
