The Wellington Puppetry Festival, a three-day event of puppetry workshops, puppet theatre and connecting over kai for puppeteers and other puppetry curious artists, will launch at 5.30pm Friday 27 September and run until 4pm Sunday 29 September in Te Whanganui-ā-Tara Wellilngton. We welcome puppeteers and creative artists from across Aotearoa to attend!

A highlight of the programme will be the family-friendly Puppetry Gala on Saturday 28 September, 10am-1pm. The gala will feature puppet theatre, roaming puppets and face painting for all ages.
